The company received the award winning from Property Export Awards Thailand (PEAT) 2018 in Best Boutique High Rise Condominium category for Bangkok Horizon Ramkhamhaeng project and received a certificate for Bangkok Horizon Sathorn project and Chateau in Town Sukhumvit 64/1 project, which reflects the attention and standard in the development of the Group's projects.
Start the process of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the mai Stock market.
Received the Best Affordable Condominium Architectural Design (Bangkok), Highly Commended Best Condo Interior Design (Bangkok) and Highly Commended Best Condo Interior Design (Bangkok) from Thailand Property Awards 2018 in The Cuvee Project, Tiwanon Intersection Station.
PPP received the Outstanding Business Governance Award in 2018 consecutive yearly from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.

The company has acquired the land to develop the project "Bangkok Horizon @ Chao Phraya Wong Sawang" or the presented name “The Clev” which is a 35-storey residential condominium project with the total unit number of 615. The project value is approximately 1,544 million baht.
Launch the project "Chateau in Town Charansanitwong 96/2" which is an 8-storey residential condominium project with the total unit number of 406. The project value is approximately 859 million baht.
The company has acquired the land to develop the project "Bangkok Horizon Nawamin-Sriburapha", which is a 34-storey residential condominium project with the total unit number of 837. The project value is approximately 1,833 million baht
The company has purchased the land to develop the project "Chateau in Town @ Sena Station, which is an 8-storey residential condominium project with the total unit number of 211 on two buildings. The Project value is approximately 429 million baht.
