Chaopraya Mahanakorn Public Company Limited (“CMC”) was established on April 26, 1994, with an initial registered capital of 5,000,000 THB, founded by the Padhayanun family and managed by Mr. Wichian Padhayanun, the CEO. It transformed into a public company on September 2, 2009, and was listed on the MAI stock market on November 19, 2018, with a registered capital of 1,000,000,000 THB. The company’s current business operations are divided into five groups:

Residential real estate development

Rental property development

Construction contracting and furniture and wall manufacturing.

Medical business

Hotel business

As of May 25, 2021, the company’s registered capital was 1,029,160,000 THB with paid-up capital of 1,028,570,595 THB, following a capital increase for stock dividends from the 2020 performance. On April 22, 2021, and June 11, 2021, three new subsidiaries were established to support new business expansion in the medical and hotel business sectors, leading to a clear structure of business operations. Currently, CMC and its seven subsidiaries operate as follows:

Phraya Panich Property Limited ("PPP”) : Residential real estate development.
Siam Nakorn Co., Ltd. (“SNC”) : Rental office buildings, real estate brokerage, juristic management.
Thai Siam Nakorn Co., Ltd. (“TSN”) : Construction contracting and furniture and wall manufacturing.
C2H Co., Ltd. ("C2H”) : Accommodation management (Chain Hospitality).
Teledoc Co., Ltd. ("TELEDOC”) : Medical business – hospitals.
Cmeditech Co., Ltd. (“CMEDITECH”) : Medical business – herbal medical products.
